Management here are great actors, soo good that they should be on broadway! During the interview stage they will sale the role and company like its next best thing after sliced bread. *I applied for one job, my contract stated that same title but got put forward for another role. *They have no clear processes or structure. They will get colleagues to train new starters who are new themselves. Or colleagues who have no training skills let alone confidence in what they are teaching. *The company is not family friendly, so if you have kids or a family to look after don't even bother. *They fire people within their probation period by inviting them for a "Catch Up". This gives the employee no chance to have a witness present nor a chance to hand in their own notice. *The have slave mentality, work, work and work more, past your finish time day in day out. But it's fair because you get treated to weekly to monthly nights out. So one should feel grateful and rewarded. You do get told your interview and you do also sign a contract stating that overtime will be required without pay. But its ridiculous a hour here or there is okay, but not everyday. *You can't give constructive feedback about work or the company or you'll be considered a trouble maker and against the company. *They care more about getting a positive Trust Pilot review then they do of the well being of their staff.
