      Pros

      It is a great place to work at with a good amount of flexibility in your work/life balance. They offer some great benefits and the co workers are fantastic to work with. You will always be challenged with new and exciting projects to keep your skills up to date.

      Cons

      Because they are growing, there are times when processes need to be changed and reviewed. However, being able to accomplish this is hampered by the CEO's unwillingness to change. Be prepared to make sure you have billable hours first before you do anything else.

      This is good feedback! We've taken this specific feedback and hopefully become a better company from it. Historically we've been hyper-focused on our billable hours. This has changed. Our focus as a company is around our employees. We want ZAACT to be a place where people love to work. I believe our efforts are working.

      When I put two weeks in, they terminated me immediately

      When I quit and gave them two weeks, they terminated my employment immediately leading me to consider, for the first time in my life, that there are actually legitimate reasons to ghost some employers

      Thank you for the review. I do apologize that you were terminated when you gave your two weeks. This is not a common practice. We truly value our employees. Good luck with your next venture. At ZAACT we have really been thriving over the past couple of years. Our new office, positive staff and great executive team have made a big difference in the direction we are heading.

      Pros

      We focus on ensuring our employees have a great place to work. We are determined to pay our employees well, provide them a great work/life balance, and are able to have tremendous success in their career. Our focus for 2019 is completely on our employees.

      Cons

      We have had some years in the past that have haunted us. We've made some bad decisions. We as a company, and myself as a leader have not handled all issues appropriately. We are dedicated to moving forward and learning from this.
