2x bonus on public holiday Simple, anyone can do honestly SOP is on the screen so you dont have to memorise but its best to

Toxic environment. If they dont like you for whatever clique mentality, manager will decrease or stop giving you shift altogether even though you give shifts. Then manager will complain no one give shifts. Afterwards, you will be asked to give resignation letter after them not scheduling you any shifts for a month
