Pros

I have an experience of working in some of the most amazing firms and met some of the eminent leaders and CEOs as well. Out of this experience, I would like to say that this company has 0 pros. It is not a one sided review, I am literally reciprocating the entire company's opinion right from a Janitor of the company to the AVPs and other managers. I am not mentioning the senior managers like heads of departments because they are literally the CEO's pets and they go hand in hand with the CEO for bonuses.

Cons

1. Chairman and Director of the company. He just wants his company to run and he wants his money. He gives 0 importance to employees. They are his slaves literally. Amidst the corona outbreak, he is not even giving wfh facilites for employees and is asking people to come everyday for his money. He is the reason for spreading a toxic environment in the company. He acquired a company called Click and Pay and hands down every employee of that company regrets that acquisition. He is a classic example for "How should one not function as a Chairman and CEO". 2. The senior management team who have no guts to speak against his subtle but toxic ruthtless and brainless ideas. They care about their perks, benefits and appraisals. Thats it. 3. The worst HR policy ever. Its not the mistake of the HR because the chairman himself framed it. Just 18 leaves, need to work sometimes on weekends and come to office whenever called, and even these 18 leaves have to be earned. You get 1.5 leave every month and if you fall sick and have no leaves you need to take a loss of pay. The senior team is so ruthless that they are asking people to come to office and take loss of pay for corona situation! How ruthless is that! The pay never comes on time and he promotes his own Zaggle card while paying salaries as a significant chunk comes in that Zaggle card which never works. HR policy at its worst. 4. Demotivated employees due to directionless CEO and Chairman. They seriously donno what to do. An energitic and most efficient person will join the company and will go as an inefficient person if stays for a long time. 5. Very bad appraisal. The variable pay is hardly paid. There is a bond while joining and its literally tying up yourself to depression. 6. Salary not paid as per industry standards. They dont respect talent. 7. A 15 minute meeting can last upto 2-3 hours. Reason being the Chairman calls up the people and texts on phone and hardly pays attention to the other person. He boasts about himself for 50% of the time, 40% texting and 10% actual meeting. 8. All the positive reviews on glassdoor are posted by the marketing team. Please dont fall for them.

Pros

To be very honest, overall there is nothing good to speak about this job or company. The colleagues were good. But again they suffer in the stressful environment. Festive celebrations are a break from the routine. The HR team is of great help.

Cons

Most of the reviews here are fake, company driven PR campaign. I fell for it, requesting others not to fall for these so called great reviews. Find ex employees on LinkedIn and speak to them before you join this company. The company is very unethical. You have to deposit a cheque of about 30,000 to 50,000 to have a company laptop or else work on a old desktop system. You are expected to work over 10 hrs and also on weekends. Even if you have accumulated leaves your manager won't let you take a leave. Targets are unrealistic. Leaders present fake data to management in reviews. Washrooms are unhygienic, employee health seems to be least of their concern. Employees were forced to join work during covid and many of them were not even reimbursed for travel. They lie about having resources and departments in team and after joining you are supposed to do end to end work. Salaries are way below the market standards. Increment is added as variable in your CTC. They take over 6 months to pay variable. Final employee review scores (for increment) are cut down by management to avoid paying variable. Your travel is also not reimbursed at times. Highly stressful environment. Business heads will throw you under the bus to safeguard themselves. They have no understanding of SaaS space so avoid joining them. Attrition rate is high. CEO is least bothered and high on his ego 24*7, never even bothers to step out and share a smile or word to motivate employees but bullies them and mocks them to get laugh whenever he sees fit.
