Pros
The most significant issue I faced was the delayed and unjust withholding of my salary when I left the company. It is the fundamental right of any employee to receive their salary promptly, but Zauca failed miserably in this regard. Despite my repeated inquiries and constant follow-ups, they continuously brushed me off with empty promises. Every single day, they would tell me that my salary would be credited "tomorrow," but they never fulfilled their commitment.
Cons
I had the unfortunate experience of working for Zauca Consultancy Service, and I must say it was one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. I feel compelled to share my negative review to help others avoid the same ordeal.

Pros
They just give the target and asking for collecting money from clients whether you are developer or designer. If you do not collects the money then they will consider as you have not designed anything and they will hold the salary too.
