Management is entirely disconnected from the happenings at location. It was often chaotic due to this. They treated it more like an investment than a business.
I was let go without warning on vague grounds, and asked not to complete the remaining shifts which I had rostered. I was let go over phone which came across as flippant, cowardly and ultimately unprofessional - which I found to be reflective of the management at Zero Latency Ireland.
The 0-hour contract allows for greater flexibility as an employee but also allows for them to do this. Any semblance of warning before being let go is the bare minimum, this occurred to multiple of my colleagues at the company.
