      Pros

      BYOD, and only sometimes if they're feeling generous.

      Cons

      Management are abusive and bullying. They set you up to fail on challenging projects with no support, and then fire people on a whim. They don't understand the concept of leadership.

      Smart people, they pay quite well for a small place and they have some good customers. 5 days leave for training with a decent sized training budget for every year for each consultant

      Cons

      If you arent performing they may start micro managing
