Toxic work environment. They expect you to work 12 hour days, 7 days a week. A high level manager once told me that to my face. They do not pay overtime. They demean you for not hitting impossible sales goals, but they don’t understand that in this industry you can’t give a loan to someone who can’t pay it back. They want you to find a way to make it happen but have no systems. You will be verbally abused by clients and community owners and the management will blame you.
