Honestly, almost everything. Terrible experience from the start. Absolutely no structure and they expect someone to magically know what to do. Extremely toxic work environment, feels like the movie mean girls. Almost entire staff gossips and bad mouths others. Not welcoming, no training, working long hours, weird expectations. Very high turnover due to the lack of competence within management hiring and firing within weeks of a new hire being there. Expect to have no job security

Toxic work environment, micromanaging, constantly bad mouthing one specific employee every time he leaves the room, would trash talk candidates in the open in between rounds. Don’t expect good work life balance. The micromanaging and rudeness is the worst out of everything mentioned.
