- Remote - Some smart coworkers

- Compensation tied to impossible milestones. Don't ever expect to see commission, bonus, raise, etc. as offered during onboarding - Customers don't like the product - CEO is constantly trying to sell you on lies

There are some good, smart people here who genuinely want the company to succeed.
Cons
- No strategic alignment. The company is constantly moving in different directions to the detriment of employees' professional growth and overall company success. - CEO does not understand how to run a company and micro-manages her team. She constantly asks for large-scale projects to be turned around in less than 24 hours. - Company claims to be very transparent, but the company is only transparent about what is going well and hides everything that is going wrong from employees. - Expectation to work more than 12 hours every day, including during your first week on the job.
