-Remote workplace -Many caring & kind individuals cross functionally
Cons
-Major lack of leadership presence at the very top which trickles down to the teams and affects morale - CEO creates meetings and doesn't show up to them on a regular basis - wasting so much time for others and a huge lack of empathy for their work and time - CEO lacks knowledge of cross functional work and displays intolerable behavior when challenges arise - Major issues with vendors not getting paid and CEO brushes valuable partners off; creating multiple issues hitting timelines cross functionally as well as issues in relationship management.
