      Pros

      Great team who are supportive of each other. Senior management are driven, inspirational and have hearts of gold. Flexible working for all team members, as a team we believe in quality output rather than lots of hours sat at a desk.

      Limited lunch options in local area. Trains can be a bit unreliable.
