No body cares about tech and the ideas you have , also product mangers are there to blame each and every time a product goes live to production. They will keep on saying as what code you have written as in they can write better code than the Developers ..... for god sake. Estimation are not given by the Developers and they are just asked to deliver everything in 2 to 3 days irrespective of the amount of work. Developers will be asked to code and build a entire product in 2, 3 days even if the PM's have no idea when it will go live. JIRA stories are created but they will have no requirements which are defined properly. Priorities are Oh my god , each and every other product mangers have their own priority and they don't even care if a developer is already working on 2 , 3 stories they will ask them to complete that task even if he/she has to work on the weekend. QA's are given a day to test and make sure everything is fine and even if they will not give sign off they are asked to do it , since the go live date is already given to merchants and other stakeholders by the PM. Everybody will ask why there is no automation testing in place and when QA will ask for some more time of testing it will be treated like you have asked for their entire property , which they can't live with. I will definitely say a company is created by the kind of people who work there and in my opinion this is not a place for someone who want's to learn and work with good people and have good memories in their life.
