Pros

Exciting to innovate on interesting technical challenges at market leader. Diverse (for Japan) workforce, with some english speakers.

Cons

Work hard, worker harder culture that just crushes / shames people. CEO and founder is toxic. Interview process in Tokyo office for my group was erratic. Many people are looking to leave (though won't admit it).

Pros

There are no pros for this company

Cons

- No opportunity for growth - Underpaid - Overworked - No benefits - Terrible Management - No direction - No equity - Low wage for San Francisco - Management does nothing - No planning - No vision - Unprepared for everything - Management points fingers and is selfish - No innovation at all - No real leadership - NO work life balance. They will underpay you, criticize you, then lead you on with no direction or incentives. This is a joke of a company. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste time and get underpaid. Join a company that is actually innovating and cares about their employees.
