      Pros

      Long list of happy clients. Business future looks promising. Working with cutting edge tech stack (Scala micro-services, play, kubernetes, docker, angular2).

      Cons

      Very poor management (r&d and higher). No sense of commitment among the developers. Almost no promotion opportunities. Not a very nice office. Almost no perks or benefits.

      Work-life balance, nice people working there

      Cons

      Lot of people are being fired with no reason, company is not doing well financially. Really low salary and no benefits, they don’t want to raise your salary. They don’t value people and throw them away as soon as it’s not convenient anymore to them. First they hire a lot and then they fire people, because their business is not sustainable.

      No long working hours and good salary

      Cons

      Bad atmosphere, CEO is shouting on people, irrational goals, no growth opportunities. The company does not care about their employees. If you say anything negative, you will be immediately fired. People are changing all the time. Technology is very primitive.
