They always pay on time. To be accurate the first thing they did after the ownership changed was to move the payday one week later. It means you work one week for free for all the time you are employed, not really sure why.
Cons
Since the ownership changed in 2015 the culture changed as well. The new investment firm seems entirely profit-oriented and the new management has no regard for employees. If you care about your work environment Cfive should not be your 1st choice. If you disagree with anything it is likely you will be retaliated against. Lies and manipulation are common. Requests that would be normal in other companies are met with personal attacks and excuses. No growth opportunity. No annual review.
