Amazing people to work with
Pros
- relax but productive atmosphere - everyone is invited to participate in the development of the company (sharing ideas and opinions) - the startup spirit - there is a big emphasis on employees well being (surveys, discussions) and they always find new ways to improve it (free yoga classes, chill room, a few games, drinks with colleagues...) - My job is challenging and I can also ask to be put on different projects or even create ones - There is a good communication: every week we have reports on what other teams do so that we can better serve our clients by knowing all the aspects of our product - the onboarding process was really great: meetings with the different teams, a lot of documents and sessions to understand better the values and the mission of the company - we all eat together
Cons
- you need to like the startup environment as it is a growing company that hasn´t organized yet all the processes, they can change and you need to adapt quickly - communication regarding those changes or changes in our product (as a business development executive) is sometimes not as effective as I would like but it is definitely a work in progress and new methods are being tested. It never is a big issue though you just need to adapt and ask .
