Nothing good. So not sure what to comment.
Cons
Sick COO from India (no need to mention name as whole employees know him, the Company not too big but he is very sick and physco. Abusive his power, too much of favoritism from him. Bias and no equal treatment from him. If he liked Staff A, this staff can WFH without salary deduction and if he hates Staff B he will treats the staff till he/she resigns. Worse ever people that I encountered in my career life. SUPER TOXIC and BAD PEOPLE.

teammate/working level - reliable, competent, have each others back and easy to get along with Technical team are good, but if you enter other department, prepare for drama of your life.
Cons
- Lots of gossiping & backtalking - No proper support - Messy, soo messy - No use of JD, can simply assign you to do anything - Unhealthy competition on management that affect working level - Doesn't appreciate feedback - More gossiping - Not a constructive environment , if any of you makes any mistake for job that you were not hired for, then be prepared to face backlash and not only that, they will keep talking about it to other people to emphasize and diminish you (more gossiping). - Need to always watch you back, no one will really support you - No real career advancement, unless you able to do sales - More gossiping - Lets personal matter affect work matter. That will impact your performance review - Problematic mid & top management
