Work-life balance can be challenging considering during night shift job. Some internal process could be better streamlined and communication between departments could improve for faster problem-solving.

Too much of work and Daily need to work for extra hours with out pay. Pathetic work culture and Manager is also very abusive. And need to work on Old Technology, so you will be irrelevant if you stay longer. Zero Work life balance.

No new technologies No growth for individual level

1. Professional and Personal growth suppress, 2. No new technology are being used to elevate the product development.

Technologies could be good. but it is depended on your project

Technology worst no proper management

Was in emanager department and there was too much politics i had seen and old technology hence switched while receiving offer
