eClinicalWorks has a great work environment, they train their employees to excel at every level. There are many cool benefits, like free cabs and food facilities, medical insurance, amazing activities, a great culture, and an amazing leave policy. The most wonderful thing is that CEOs share their profit with employees in the form of gift cards and yearly bonuses over and above the salary. They also increase their overall salary slab regularly to match the industry standards for everyone in the company and not just for outside hires. The company believes in giving opportunities to its current employees over hiring externally and encouraging them to grow. It has more internal job promotion openings than job openings for the outside market. I feel lucky to have had an opportunity to work with them and will surely like to work in future too.
