      Flexible and great company to work for

      Pros

      - Very much own time own target - very flexible work timing as long as you deliver what is required. No need go to the office, can work from home Mon-Fri. It’s all based on trust and project ownership. - Management are very nice people, not bossy at all. Feels comfortable to speak out your thoughts. - See alot of technology growth in the product, very fulfilling to be part of the team to make a mark in the industry.

      1. Great, innovative products 2. Understanding bosses / management who trust my work and do not micro-manage 3. Intellectually challenging work that always keep one thinking of best solutions to challenges 4. Doors are always open, with top management accessible (just an email / phone call away) and ready to hear any complaints.

      Cons

      1. Communication can definitely be improved (can see that it's already improving since I joined in 2014)

      Good People, Good Rewards

      Pros

      Good Opportunity for career progression, company growth, customer satisfaction, good management, good team, challenging projects, innovative solutions. Have been with essDOCS for 7 years and although it has been a roller coaster - it is a very entrepreneurial place to work. If you work hard and do good things, it is recognised and you will do well. If you do not, you will not do so well.

      Cons

      Small company so has to operate on a budget (not a negative, just a fact) Many projects that need to be delivered - perhaps need a bigger team.
