Pros

I really have any to add.

Cons

* Horrible management * Egotistical CTO who is also an owner... * Sure there are free "benefits" for employees, but not paying into what matters. Driving into one of the most expensive parts of Montgomery County and then refusing to even consider paying for a portion of parking is beyond inconsiderate. * Lackluster salaries to bring in young talent to only be inconsiderate of the their needs is not a company you want to continue to be part of. * Its not a company who has culture of care ... but a company who continuously portrays a lack of care for their naïve young employees. * Its a company who will bend of over backwards (by giving gift cards) if you leave positive glassdoor reviews.

Pros

You might be lucky to have a few kind colleagues on your team

Cons

I wish I could give a zero star for this company. Please don't be deceived by the 4 and 5 stars you see. Literally within a week of joining, the people and culture starts mounting pressure on you to write a nice review for them. Joining this company has been the worst decision of my life. Very disorganized and poor management who lack empathy, managers who are so egocentric and looking for a way to get rid of you once you start speaking up, that was my experience. First of all, you are hired and thrown into a completely different system and left to figure things out all by your self. I clearly have years of Salesforce experience and no one informed me about the system the company uses. When I began to ask questions on documentation and certain processes which were poorly run, the Solution Architect on the project felt threatened. I was suddenly put on PIP even though my performance wasn't bad. I kept my cool and smashed all the goals my manager identified for me to work on. Guess what, despite meeting all my goals and working extra hard to prove myself, my employment got terminated for no reason..

Stay far away if you're in tech

Pros

Remote work is available from the start.

Cons

This is a company that caters to non profits so the quality of tech and the technical competency of the people that you get to work with is scraping the bottom of the barrel. Incompetent managers and leadership are incentivized by the "hours" that you can bill and not on process and service improvement or R&D. Applied for one role and got assigned a completely different role on joining. HR people and culture folks don't understand basics such as that if you're working in a different country, labor laws and different holiday policies apply. Manager was a complete newbie who had no experience with management and was on a testing based approach without realizing actual humans work on your team who need time to shine. Compensation especially bonus is directly made proportional to the hours of work billed to client. If you're in tech and looking to learn great technology and improve your skills, this company should be avoided.
