Company forcing the employees to add +ve reviews about the company. LOL. i3rl is not a good company for long term stay. its is good if you want to work for 3 to 6 months. Lots of thing to tell you all guys. - CEO (ALI) is just an idiot, sometimes abusive, if you abusive back he will calm down. lol. - CEO is just psycho person, want to convince you that I'm the only one person in the world with super-natural digital career, I was Elon Musk, now I'm not just because of my team. - Have enough time to waste on employee to praise himself and blame others. - Always blaming to everyone in the absence of the person. - Bluffing with the employees. - HR Department is the department of idiots (fat brains). - Extremally Micromanaged environment. - Cameras to watch and listen you continuously and instruction passes on internal skype chat after observing. - No market competitive salary. - If you need some small favor from the company even for WFH for a single day you will be abused, you need to put resignation to get some smallest kind of favor. - For newcomers/fresh resources, company will ask you the original Degrees to submit, later company will blackmail you. - People don't want to stay because of policy, behavior and micromanagement. - High employee turnover ratio because of abusive culture. - CEO bluff the employee for more than a year in the name of annual salary increment, later he back foot, he said to provide cars as increment for many employees, after a year there is no car and never paid a single Pany as increment and not responding on it. - Many more bad things in the company.
