1.As it is startup company, you have lot exposure to process knowledge, technical knowledge. 2. All the heads and leaders are easily accessible. 3.fully remote for people who are at junior level, but for probation it is wfo. 4. Extra payout for extra work hours. 5. No continuous work pressure, only when it is required. 6.salary, OT payments are done on timely basis.
