      WFH. Hardly anything else is a pro

      Cons

      Departments are very individually evaluated on performance. Support from main office is very limited. Bosses are mostly individualistic and just bothered to guard their own interests. New joiners will not be able to enjoy growth opportunities.

      None! Unless you are close to management people then you will be okay. if not, you will get hired and fired really fast.

      Cons

      Bad management. Only side own people in management team. Very political company. Do not treasure staffs. Some worked for many years and contributed alot yet being fired. No clear instructions from management. Overall, do not work in this company. Nothing good to say about this company.
