Pros

During my tenure at Imerit, I regret to say that I never encountered any positives or benefits worth mentioning. The overall experience was consistently negative, and I found no redeeming qualities that would make me view my time here in a favourable light. From the working environment to the management approach, everything seemed to be plagued with issues. It's disheartening to admit, but I struggled to find any silver lining during my time at the company.

Cons

Working at Imerit was a soul-sucking experience that drained every ounce of positivity from my being. The office felt like a prison, with each day bringing a new torture in the form of mind-numbing tasks and nonsensical demands. The management was a collection of clueless individuals who seemed to have no concept of how to lead a team or make rational decisions. It was like being trapped in a never-ending loop of incompetence and frustration. The work environment was a cesspool of negativity, where colleagues reveled in spreading misery like a contagious disease. Gossip and rumours ran rampant, creating an atmosphere of paranoia and mistrust. The workload was an insurmountable mountain that grew taller with each passing day, and any attempts to voice concerns were met with dismissive shrugs and empty promises of improvement. Compensation was a sick joke, a pitiful excuse for acknowledging the hours of effort of employees that they put into the company. The paltry raises offered were insulting, a slap in the face to anyone who dared to believe they deserved fair compensation. Promotions were reserved for those who were willing to kiss up to the higher-ups and sacrifice their dignity in the process. The office culture was toxic beyond imagination. Cliques and favouritism were the norms, leaving those outside the inner circle to fend for themselves in a hostile environment. Any attempts to seek help or guidance were met with condescension and mockery, making it clear that asking for assistance was a sign of weakness. HR was a useless entity, an empty shell that offered no support or resolution to the constant stream of problems. Complaints were ignored, leaving employees to suffer in silence or face retaliation for speaking up. And as for professional development? Well, that was a joke too. The company had no interest in investing in its employees' growth or success. The grim reality of working at Imerit was that the term "low-paid" didn't even begin to encapsulate the sheer level of financial oppression faced by its employees. It was as though the company had mastered the art of exploiting the dire unemployment situation in India to its fullest extent. In summary, Imerit was a black hole of despair that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. It was a place where dreams went to die, where ambition was crushed by the weight of ineptitude and indifference. If you have any sense of self-preservation, run far, far away from this company and never look back. Your mental and emotional well-being deserve better than the endless cycle of negativity and misery that Imerit have to offer.

Pros

Less work pressure Salary received on time

Cons

The top management is pathetic & they do not have any policy & try to keep all ownership & authority with only the top few people & do not allow anyone else to take any responsibility. The top management is full of inefficient people who do not know anything & so they are always afraid that any new people who join the organization will prove them as worthless & take their position. So they do not give any new joiners to do their work or take their views or suggestions. They are always insecure & suffering from inferiority complex. The job objectives are not clear & the appraisal system is totally biased & very low salary, no bonus or incentives.

Trainer Process & Communication

Pros

Few People in the Higher Management carry a noble intention and are extremely excellent in terms of their selection process since They actually want the Organisation to grow. How ever, when it comes down to the middle level management, like the managers, they are inculcating a habit of licking your manager to grow and prosper. The tragedy of this Company is that no one listens to you if you don't lick your manager.

Cons

The bane of this Organization is the Middle Level Management who think they are the Boss. And at the same time, the higher management is too involved in revenue outcome that they have forgotten Employee-Centric Company Culture.
