Some smart people, with a drive to succeed. Collegial atmosphere, and generally cordial group of people. Flexibility re WFH or in the office. Office in good location.
Cons
Priorities can change at short notice, as leadership sometimes follows gut instinct rather than sticking to the plan. Strength of relationship with Senior management can sometimes have more impact than impactful thinking or well thought out plans.
