There is no culture in organization of Iplex The business model which is being followed in Iplex is unethical, falsifying your identity( you have to be Ali Muhammad or Syed Akhtar) which is alarming! No employee recognition. They only use you for minimum period of time. No long term planning for the betterment of employees(Zero Career planning) Extreme nepotism

There is heavy and dirty politics at the higher management level that have occupied their position not because of their capability but by flattering the owner and getting the maximum commissions from him for the struggle done by developers and general staff. These higher-ups are sitting there for the last 9+ years and don't let anyone replace them, no matter how talented. Commissions and benefits are almost nonexistent for the rest of the employees
