Toxic culture Zero empathy Not supportive of being flexible at all Have to be in the office to show that you are working Expect to work even if you are sick or on leave Lack of trust from management No foresight No replacement when full time staffs leave Expect everyone to wear multiple hats Can't have any opinion in what the management says (must say yes to everything)
