You get everything you need to do your work most effectively if you just ask, you will work with experienced devs only (mid-level minimum), and you will not waste time on meetings and stupid things. And at the same time, the salary will be decent.
Cons
If you're looking for a company with lots of team-building activities, events, retreats, fruity Thursdays, or some internship programs and other stuff like this then iRonin is not for you.
