Severely toxic work environment and RED flags China start-up in Singapore

1. They only offer a year contract to any experienced local sales & presales, and they only inform you after you must attend all the interviews. 2. They had records of retrenching several Singapore Sales before the one-year agreement and handed over all your hardship clients and networks to the China sales. This is the strategy to ensure you won’t get a single cents bonus and AWS. 3. The management likes to embarrass the senior salespeople by discussing with other China guys in the office that the company shall employ 20+ young girls as salespeople to entertain the clients. 4. The management enjoys hurling vulgarities such as ‘Fxxx’ during a meeting & chat. 5. The China sales and presales team enjoys the vapes in the Singapore office and smuggling boxes of China cigarettes kept in the office and then sold to locals. 6. Indulge the low pay and English Handicap of China Presales assistant to be late or MIA to the client's meeting without reason. Those China-based Presales would randomly ignore your deck and quote deadlines as they are busy using dating App and busy dating with ladies in Singapore (They are eager to get a Singapore Citizen GF/ wife as they are ineligible to get the EPass or work permit). 7. Management cheated the Sales of different job scopes and work experiences once you are onboard. They would assign another job scope, and no training would be provided. Finally, the management would tell you: This is a Chinese company, and we are Chinese culture. 8. If you can afford to hold the expense claims for months and absorb the ridiculous excuses from management, such as your hard copies being missing as they must be delivered from Singapore to China, we won’t pay your expense claims.
