      1. You can Learn a lot.

      Cons

      1. You have to work daily atleast 14 hours. 2. Saturday Sunday off - but you have to come when necessary (There is always necessity)/ 3. Low salary. 4. You always screwed by manager. 5. Deadlines never postponed. It advances everytime. 6. No documents if you miss a single day within notice-period 7. No culture, only work.

      Pros

      I worked in ITGS 3 years, have learnt lot of things in ITGS. Mangers, Seniors and other Team members are very supportive . 5 days working culture. Salary always on time. Company Management is very good.
