      Some coworkers are nice. That’s it.

      High turn over rate, ,small start up family business,very toxic work environment,micromanagement with yelling and insulting,office politics, very stressful every day

      Free lunch benefits were ok and they pay your phone bill

      Cons

      Unfortunately itest treats there employees like test rats. The upper management will just start asking for unnecessary favors. Clean up your business and consider taking an ethics class. The turn over rate is over 40% at a 6 month period.
