There is no real training or onboarding for the job. As it is a small company, nobody has the time to guide you on their ways of working. Even though, they have very specific rules in their DNA. The main issue is that as soon as the workload gets too much, instead of supporting you, they will just blame you on your mistakes and pressure you to get better or leave
