      Pros

      Everything depends on your manager and the project you are working on. In general, you have good career options, growth, ok salary and you can work with fresh technology.

      Cons

      Wether you have a bad manager, you get not support at all. If you are attached to outsourcing you can be forgotten in the customer e have a really bad experience., even when they say wether you are not happy with the customer you can change to another available one (BS).
