Pros
Decent salary and good benefits, including welfare and extremely lax remote-work policy (if you do not care about the outcome of your work and take it easy).
Cons
This place is totally messed up. The decision-making process is short-term and decisions are not based on financial merit or a proper pros/cons assessment, but depend on the personal relationships and potential return for the manager (not the company). Do not expect your career progression to be based on your contribution to the firm, but spend your time pleasing someone influential within the company.
