Clean work environment, nice coworkers.
Cons
Empty promises. They will use you while boasting that their culture is top notch. No accountability from upper management and their version of HR is hiring someone they're personal friends with.

Cons
Poor Benefits No Increases or Bonuses High staff turnover immedia seems to go through staff incredibly quickly, they do not put value to their staff and the amount of new staff coming in and staff leaving does not seem to concern the management at all.
