However, the management and HR are clueless their job is to monitor how many milliseconds you stayed in the building every day... They will never ask for your feedback and if you have
you will probably get ignored. There is a "family-like" caste in the upper levels of management that you do not want to mess with.
If you are a bad boy you will get a lawsuit from their lawyer. Also with their "new" contracts they shift the risk management to their employees by stating that they are obliged
to pay only the minimum wage! The rest of the agreed wage is paid based on their free will. So, you will have to trust them but not the other way around.. you are expendable after all.
Personally, I would prefer to start my own business.
In my opinion the future of the company depends on the courage and patience of the employees mentioned above. I hope I will prove wrong, but I think it is a matter of time before they leave.
