      The pros and cons depend on the project you get in and how good your "local" manager tries to defend the team, so your experience might vary. It's still remote, they're not pushing for back to the office programs. English classes, some small benefits with brands and wallet apps. Everything correct under Argentina's labor laws

      Cons

      Culture is not very inclusive. Wages are updated "almost there" with inflation, but they try to offer competitive compensation to newcomers. Because of this, the ranges in income might not make sense with the job title or seniority level, but are related with the moment you got into the company. You need to fight a good fight to get good equipment. You will need your client-side manager to push for you to a get just-good-enough laptop for your needs
