      Quite regular parties Interesting domain (subscription management) Might be a good company for junior sw engineers, but they tend not to hire juniors.

      Cons

      No structure whatsoever - meaning noone feels responsible for anything. "Sticky responsibilities" is the best term to use here. Literally there is no management.
