As time went on, my department[?...ok, that’s a stretch, but let’s go with it], began to grow, providing more opportunities to document, train, and, of course, add more people into the group!
Eventually, mProve was acquired by Bracket, and pretty much kept the charm. Things were still [generally good] crazy, and the office was still a place I still looked forward to coming into each day.
About a year later, Bracket acquired CRF Health which meant that, (if you were keeping track), mProve essentially went from 15 people to 1,500 in a matter of two and a half years! Absolute craziness for someone new to the workfront.
Taking a trip down [a very brief] memory lane leads to what I hope anyone who reads this can take away as some unsolicited career advice. Although the name, roles, and to some extent, people, changed over the years; I had the unheard of opportunity to start my career experiencing the full spectrum of work environments. This was not something I had thought of too often during the mProve years because, quite frankly, I didn’t know any better. It was not until experiencing the average, and then the subpar, that it really set in just how amazingly spoiling it really was to get a chance to start at mProve.
