      Pros

      Chance to work on broad variety of problems. A lot of encouragement is given to explore new solutions and original thinking. Work is on cutting edge digital projects, AI, data science etc.

      Small team. High accountability. Work requires lot of iterations and research

      - Stealth mode strategy - Puppet show by management

      Cons

      - Management is not approachable. - Poor HR department(poor in the sense, lack of quality in the operations). - Different policies for each employee. - Being watched via camera (24x7)in the workplace. - One police case is there for holding academic certificates of an employee.
