Balu team is worst that he always pressure the team members, where he will force team persons to make pot luck and show this amount as a quarterly team lunch and he take all amount from management showing the fake bills saying that we had team lunch, the worst culture taking employees amount indirectly. Never join his team. No leaves will be permitted if u r really sick also they don't consider you have to work in office
