Nothing to mention as cons

Annual salary negotiations sometimes are not satisfying for existing employees. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, there are good and not so good years as well. There are Situations, when newcomers(with less experience and knowledge) receive more than existing employees(with more experience and knowledge). But it could be, that in every company it is like that. One can grow in salary considerable when changing to another company. A 5+ Years Employee ==> and still working here, because in overall it is a nice company.

Change project very often, salary could be better compared to the market

When I was there, a proper client risk mitigation strategy could have helped as all eggs seemed to be in few baskets. We somehow lost what our unique market proposition was and became a bit of body leasing shop, it may be different now.

Unsure future at current moment

- having to work with client-specific tools - stressful projects - a lot of colleagues simply don't care - lack of innovation - one can easily become a jack of all trades, master of none
