Pros
This is the first job where I have felt like I have actually been fairly compensated for my hard work. The different bonuses and incentives available to employees are very real, and actually doable. I identify as LGBTQ and always feel nervous about how an employer is going to react. I have felt nothing but accepted and appreciated at this company. I truly believe anyone can find a career with this organization, they are really good about identifying your strengths and helping you move into a position that is right for you.
Cons
I was initially looking for a remote position but that wasn't possible. Honestly, I am so glad it wasn't because I love coming into the office everyday since there is such a good atmosphere.
