1. Management who listens - employees are free to suggest and feedback anything to the management. 2. Opportunity to learn - there are many opportunities to play different roles in this start-up environment. 3. Small size but colleagues are like family. 4. Good benefits & perks - constantly improving the perks like adding console, tv, plenty of pantry supplies, etc so that you feel home in the office.
