Good training and progression plans Pleasant office environment Hybrid working - 2 days WFH, 3 days in office Good social committee - organises regular events Clear 100 day plan to complete in probation period Good range of clients - varied work across B2B and B2C accounts
Cons
Yearly targets were given months late Senior Managers workloads are concerning which can impact management at times Pay not the most competitive in market & verbal promises of 6 monthly pay review at interview stage not kept - advise getting written into contracts if joining
