      Some colleagues are supportive, Gained valuable experience despite the challenges.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, frequent delays in appraisals, and unethical practices like pressuring employees to resign. Even after leaving, the company continues mental harassment by sending notices to sign NDAs.

      This this the generation of artificial intelligence, Shaip is supporting client to provide data to develop their machine. The work is challenging and each project will be learning for you.

      Cons

      The Management is not supportive, Demotivating to staff, No Growth for Professional Employees, They Value uneducated staff only. Their Unprofessional structure always ruin the projects. I won't suggest to work there and you will only degrade your career. As i realized after giving them Years. HR team never interrupt if you need any help. No HR policies, Only politics run this company.
