Salary not bad, excellent transportation benefits Big boss really nice and very open to teaching

Cons

Manager likes to find problem and discourage teamwork No 13th or AWS Lack of morale, office environment not great, have a track record of bullying new blood

Depend on who is your reporting officer. If you met a nice and take care of your welfare, it is good. Otherwise need to work harder on the interpersonal skill.

Cons

Can work beyond hours to meet project expectation. Little pay increment and does not have 13th month pay. Annual leave start off at 12days / 16days depend on position.
