Great team of colleagues, amazing set of purpose-driven clients in New Orleans and around the country, lots of opportunities to learn and grow in a flexible and supportive environment.
Cons
Trying to solve intractable social challenges isn't easy! Being part of a growing organization also means wearing multiple hats and juggling lots of competing priorities.

I loved my coworkers. The team's overall EQ is incredible. The trepwise team is a group of really friendly, interesting, kind, thoughtful, engaged people who I enjoyed working and spending time with. My professional development was really invested in and nurtured by leadership, and I experienced promotions/pathways for growth. The bi-annual review process was very helpful for my professional development. Leadership has been meaningfully trying to improve culture and work-life balance over the last couple years; no meeting Fridays and (at least) a week off in the summer / winter where the firm is shut down have helped.
Cons
Firm benefits related to health care were really lacking. For those looking to optimize for work-life balance, this may not be the place for you.
